Common questions

Where do you pick up?: Start with your Greenwich-area address. We check whether an active pack can reach your home safely; availability depends on the route and the day.
What happens at the trial?: The first pack outing is free. It’s booked when the checks pass; Nicolle reviews your details before pickup and decides pack suitability after the outing.
How big are the groups?: Never more than 5 dogs, so every dog gets attention and the pack stays calm.
Can I change a booking?: Eligible one-off pack days and trials can move at least 24 hours before start. For a paid one-off cancellation at least 24 hours ahead, you receive credit. Later cancellations receive no credit. Your review screen shows the exact effect.
How do weekly plans work?: A plan reserves 1, 2 or 3 weekly pack spots for one dog. Billing is weekly on Monday; the checkout shows the exact first payment. Cancelling a single occurrence does not end the plan.
Do you offer off-leash play?: Our outings are controlled hikes, sniff-walks and trail exploration on leash or long-line where lawful — not unsupervised off-leash play.
Do I have to use the assistant?: No. Your schedule, dog profiles, bookings and reports are always available directly. Ask Packs whenever you’d rather describe what you need.
